Hugh Boyd Athletic Park is home to the largest continuous artificial turf field in North America, measuring at about 6 acres (2.43 hectares). It opened in 2006 and can accommodate six soccer teams simultaneously; it plays host to a large number of amateur soccer tournaments featuring teams from throughout Western Canada.
