AT&T Center is home to the San Antonio Rampage, the American Hockey League affiliates of the Phoenix Coyotes and former affiliates of the Florida Panthers. It is also home to the San Antonio Spurs of the NBA and the San Antonio Silver Stars of the WNBA.

Times Union Center is home to the Albany Devils, the American Hockey League (AHL) affiliate of the New Jersey Devils. It opened in 1990 and hosted the Frozen Four twice, in 1992 and 2001, as well as hosted the ECAC Hockey championships from 2003 to 2011. It was also once home to the AHL's Albany River Rats (a team that was coincidentally also a Devils affiliate at one time) and the International Hockey League's Albany Choppers. The arena was former known as Knickerbocker Arena and Pepsi Arena.

The Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre is home to the Abbotsford Heat of the American Hockey League (AHL), the minor league affiliate of the Calgary Flames. It opened in 2009 and is located almost immediately west of the University of the Fraser Valley campus.
